SUSTAINABILITY
What is the main difference between organic and conventional products?
The main difference is the environment; organic practices are designed to reduce pollution, conserve water and soil; meanwhile, conventional practices use synthetic pesticides, which not only harm wildlife but biodiversity and local ecosystems.

WATER
Organic practices help today’s world water scarcity. How?
1. To reduce water loss, our growers use drip irrigation systems that deliver water directly to the plants’ roots; the evaporation that spray watering systems generate, decreases significantly.
2. Some growers build their own ponds to store rainfall and use it through the year; they are not only recycling water but creating habitats for local wildlife
3. Organic practices help retain soil moisture; this saves water as the soil works like a sponge that delivers moisture to plants.
GROWERS
In conventional practices, growers must use chemical herbicides to manage weeds, plagues, fungi, viruses and bacteria. On the other hand, in organic practices, they rotate crops, and use hand weeding techniques or mulches.
YOUR HEALTH
Organic products have higher amounts of nutrients and vitamins.
They do not have any additive or preservative, and are not genetically modified.
